The great factor regarding Verbier, putting to one side its fantastic skiing, the number of sunny days it benefits from, and the fantastic apres-ski, is the fact that this luxury ski resort, and maybe this is the Swiss influence, doesn't suffer from high rise monstrosities like so many other resorts.
In Verbier, chalets dominate and that is all you will see. Crafted in stone and wood there isn't a council house tower block to be seen!!
